Twenty years instudio building reputation for wildlife art in a hyper-realistic manner led to a near decade's exodus to painting on-location outdoors. The result has been a loosening of my style & joyous discovery of celebrating life thru paint. Of late, I've had my urges to paint some wildlife once again, the challenge to treat the subject with that same joy and simplicity I've found in the landscape- namely...impressions "simply stated!"
Well..not a whole lot of time today, but progress is progress and I feel I'm startin' to get this eagle where I want it...happy thus far. More to do...but gettn' there.
